Why can’t we access our One Life account?
The company has merged all accounts related to a single person into one account. Each account can be switched from the OneLife Dashboard dropdown function.
But for this, you have to notify the company, regarding your primary email ID and mobile number. The compliance team will upgrade your primary email and mobile number with your all profiles. And then you can access your all account from the one login detail.

Go to the help section and one OneEcosystem.eu website. And specify the details like you are not able to log in to the new system. Also, specify that what message is prompting when you’re trying to log in or reset passwords.
Within 7 days, they will reply to you with the exact OneLife login issue. And will tell you how to resolve this OneLife Login Issue. If you have a login problem with your email and mobile number, then they will ask you to pay a 30 Euro fee.
Once you will do the payment, they will change your email and phone number, and also they will merge your multiple profiles into one.
