Dear Member,

I am contacting you back with an update about your OneCoin CoinSafe account.

Please be advised that your old expired CoinSafe account has been automatically renewed BUT there is an option, until 30th August 2019, to cancel that newly created CoinSafe and completely close the current one.

What you need to do is to log in to your account, go to My Accounts -> CoinSafe and press the red ‘Close’ button. Once you do so, you will see the following pop-up message, which basically summarizes the explanation given above:

“We would like to remind you that your Coinsafe account has matured and has been automatically reviewed. Clicking on the CLOSE button will discontinue your account. Are you sure you want to proceed?”

There you will have two options: Cancel and OK. If you choose Cancel, the newly created CoinSafe will remain active and if you choose OK, the CoinSafe will be completely closed and all your coins transferred back to your Dashboard.

Be noted that no further actions are required to have your CoinSafe account closed.

Keep in mind that it is really important to include your username every time you open a ticket.
